Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta and are scheduled arrive within 7 – 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge per address, we can expedite delivery by USPS to most destinations in 2 – 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Options:

Standard Delivery
USPS Ground will deliver your package within 7 – 10 business days from receipt of your order. Most of the orders shipped with Standard USPS Ground option. To determine when your package will arrive, please determine the number of Shipping Days to your location from the map below and add two additional days for order processing.

Express Delivery

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes,  etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

USPS has been selected as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please call our order department at (800) 450-4281.

Out of Stock Items:
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. AROMAS OF FRANCE LLC (DBA Durance USA) does not back order.

Shipping Promotions:
Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns Policy

It is AROMAS OF FRANCE LLC (DBA Durance USA)’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Returns can be made through our customer service department. However, we are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from AROMAS OF FRANCE LLC (DBA Durance USA) directly – through our website or our mail order department. We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners.

Payment Policy

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase on line in any denomination of $25, $50 or $100.

Gift Cards are available for redemption on-line and at any AROMAS OF FRANCE LLC (DBA Durance USA) boutique. Gift cards may be redeemed by telephone order ( (800) 450-4281).

When you purchase your gift certificate regular shipping charges are added, as well as sales tax, if applicable.

Forms of Payment:
Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal.
We apologize for not accepting Diner’s Club.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected on total merchandise orders delivered to GA. Some states also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges.

AROMAS OF FRANCE LLC (DBA Durance USA)  welcomes feedback on your experience with our products. We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the product testimonials are accurate and constructive. Should you post a testimonial that we do not publish, our customer service department will contact you in order to improve our product quality and service.
